Had a loan with FNB and lost my job, have been trying to get them assist me in getting it paid off as was retrenched from April and no success. till was given the claims call centre number which I spoke with different people whom so rude and not helpfull all they wanted was their moeny or get me listed until i sent an email and was assisted by Ashlin what a wonderful lady whom helped me and gave great feedback within a week. now am happy to say all is done and dusted because of her great attitude and assistances. she kept me in the loop with everything.
