Thank you for the great service

I had lost my phone and wanted to claim, i called Vodacom in 4ways mall and spoke to some guy who told me the phone i wanted was in store and it was the last one. i then went there during lunch, guess what, the guy who had told me they had the Sony Xperia V was on lunch. I was then assisted by a polite gentlemen who told me that there was no stock, that phone was sold already. Even though he gave me good service, i was just not happy with the guy who told me the phone was available. what a waste of time..I then called Vodacom in Nicols Way and spoke to a lady called Bettine, she was so helpful. she told me the phone was in stock and it was the last one, i asked her to put it assite for mem, she then informed me she will with a smile, i must however keep my promise of coming. when i got there, the phone was there and it had a sticker with my name on it, i though to my self Bettine is great. i was then assisted by a perfect gentleman called Malvern. he went out of his way to ensure he gave phenomenal service. he pulled every string, even held for around 45min, trying to get cellsure to answer his call for my claim. Malvern thank you Sir. You guys know what service is. 4ways learn.
