I received the best service from Budget Insurance.
My car was and recovered on Tuesday evening. I phone the insurance immediatly to come tow my car away. the lady on the phone was so nice and friendly. The people who helped me in the claims department and assesment centre took time to listen to me and answered all my questions without any effored. The phoned me back when they said they will, the assist me where the could and thing I enjoyed the most was the fact that they spoke to me like I was person.

The only thing that was not satisfying was the fact that they went through all my things in the car and left it a big mess.

Further I am very pleased.
