Extremely poor admin and finance department! |

After closing my RSC account due to ridiculous interest fees of the company, I paid off my full account in April 2013 and RCS confirmed:

- My account will be closed
- I have a ZERO balance
- RCS do not charge any fees when the account reflects a ZERO balance
- Debit order is canceled on their side

They keep sending me MORE BILLS every month after they confirmed the above. It is an unbelievable amount of R 5.87
Can't believe their unethical ways! How do I make them disappear?! Worst company I ever had to deal with and will not recommend them to anyone.
