Account to be closed

Hi Peter,

I had account with Capitec that I paid up some time back. I asked Capitec to update ITC and they advised me they did. They gave me letter reflecting that account is closed.

I have been following up with them and calling their accounts department and they promised to follow up and get back to me. Until today my ITC is not updated and I have never heard from MTN.

Please help.
