Accident dd 29 July 2013 hit a rabbit 3.45 am on way to work Car still fine no warning lights or indication of possible enjoin damage. After approximately 6 to 10 km car cut out completely my thoughts a safety precaution to prevent further damage. Found dead rabbit inside grill. Contacted insurance who did not know or understand where I was left me waiting 3 hours. After 3 weeks was told they only cover front damage to body and not enjin. Forwarded me document to sign giving me peanuts not covering the damage. Removing my car from insurance contract 2 days after accident without any consultation. How do you justify this behavior when you the insured kept your side of the agreement and all premiums were paid up to date? Their argument is that I should have stopped immediately after hitting the rabbit? How many people are hijacked and killed while trying to investigate damage to their cars. At 3.45 am it is dangerous to pull off if there is no indication that there is something wrong. How do we get justice served here?
