Afternoon all

Please forgive me if I'm rude today, but under the circumstances I think I'm justified.
I was informed by all the people above in the person responsible that my claim has been settled and yet to my surprise I got this sms: Contact Nongekho Ramogase 0118799023 regarding your MFC account Ref no
06598510026 ARREARS R2216.69. I just spoke to one of your Arrears Consultants where he insisted that this account is in arrears. As you all are aware this has been going on from February this year. I therefore am sending this email to Beeld's, Tot U Diens and Hello Peter for their inputs in getting this issue resolved. Next step - the Ombudsman. To say that I have had it with MFC, as a long standing client, who bought two new vehicles the other day, is the understatement of the year. I HAVE HAD IT WITH YOU ALL!!! I attached all the correspondence between the different parties as well as the final emails that confirmed that this matter has now been settled and that NO MORE DEBIT ORDERS WILL BE MADE or THAT I WILL BE CONTACTED ABOUT OUTSTANDING OR ARREAR PAYMENTS DUE TO YOU. On numerous occasions I had to hear about your system issues - I hope and pray that this is one of them
