Good day,

i have a loan with capitec that i have never missed a payment on, due to my illness, this month i have not been at work therefor my loan payment wonth be succesful. I called capitec to advise and make payment arrangment. The person i spoke to told me it was done.when i asked for my ref to say i a have contacted the bank on time, was told there is no refernece, advised if i can get some sort of confirmation She then told me there is nothing she can do.i then requested to speak to a supervisor was told she is the stupervisor/team leader.
then she raised her voice and when i asked if its necessary for her, the sarcasticly apologised.
