Now what

It is totally unacceptable that 2 weeks ago I got broken into and Discovery Insure has an investigator that has now taken over a week and STILL NOT submitted a report.
Why did I leave Outsurance for you, I would have been paid out and had my goods replaced last week already. I WILL NOT ACCEPT HAVING TO WAIT UNTIL NEXT WEEK as stated by your investigator. SORT IT OUT NOW. Replace my possessions and pay me out for my goods so I can move on with my life. ALSO, I asked for a councillor to contact me to set up a sessions with my children, who are still scared that 'bad men' broke into their house. NOTHING, no calls, no response. You obviously do not care at all. I expect my replacement TV, IPAD, GALAXY, CAMERA, HD VIDEO CAMERA replaced tomorrow, and the value of my jewellery paid to me tomorrow night.
