The adverts placed that care and dedicated staff look after all claims is a myth and shall be reported for False Advertising.

Requesting status updates to a claim to be finished with repairs is proving to be very cumbersome and frustrating.

To all out there!! Please watch as Telesure / Dial Direct DO NOT HOLD YOUR BEST INTERESTS AT HEART!!

You are forced to use their repairer of choice who performs shoddy workmanship at Renew IT, there is nothing renewed about your vehicle at all.

Shall eagerly await feedback as to the status of claim as emails go unanswered, even though Read Receipts are held confirming receipt requesting updates.

Awaiting the push the monkey to third party blame syndrome to be explained again.
