I don't know where to start with One Plan its the worst company that I every had to deal with. The only time that someone was professional and knew what was going on was the person that phoned me to sell this "medical insurance" to me! Or so i thought.

Not once that I phoned the call centre could the consultants help me without placing me on hold or transferring my call.

The last couple of weeks I've received emails of claims that I did not make... When I inquire about this no one replies!

But after reading all the complainant of this One Plan it clear that this is the STANDARD way of working with customers.
