ONEPLAN GET MY MONEY, BUT NO PLAN TO PAY CLAIMS!

Oneplan medical aid receives my money by debit order every month, but does not pay out my medicine claims - which is repeat (chronic) medicine. I have upgrade my medical aid and for over a year now I pay R731.00 instead of the R638.00 that is the normal fee on the Elite plan. The reason why I did that is because I needed more dental coverage. Whem I submitted my claim for dental procedures done, they only paid R600.00 and when I questioned that the reason that was given to me is that they only pay R2000.00 per annum, which was the amount before I upgraded. My question: Why do I still pay the increased amount, but still get the same benefits on dental services and also, why do they not pay out my medicine claims. I need to go in for an operation, but are to afraid, because I do not know with what bills I will end up paying out of my pocket. So now, to all responsible people at ONEPLAN MEDICAL AID. PLEASE OPERATE ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT AND PAY MY CLAIMS AS PER MY CONTRACT AND EXPLAIN TO ME WHY AM I PAYING MORE - REFER TO YOUR PRICE AND PLAN STRUCTURE - WITHOUT ANY EXTRA BENEFITS.
