It amazes me how the bank when you phone make an arrangement and the the staff still harass a client every day. A person who is not working and relying on one person's salary but yet I must still run around after the bank and sort things out.

I mean really where is the customer service in South Africa. I am tired of being treated as if I must just accept the service that companies or representatives feel clients deserve where is the honor and respect for the clients that are paying for high level service and not receiving it?
