I went to the local FNB to link an account to my cellphone banking. My phone started ringing I mean everybody knows the rules of the Bank, I told the other person calling to call me back in 10 . tHIS GUY instead of assisting me, he still goes on abt the use of the phone in the bank. and told to go back and sit in the waiting chairs after waiting for the consultant for more than 45 min, nobody comes and check what are here for??
He did not listen well to what I had to say and threatened me. I find this kind of behavior very bad, as I am the client I should be treated with respect and not attack me, She treated me like a CIMINAL!!!

His behavior is very bad and has a direct impact on FNB. The branch manager did not do anything the name is GRACE MOLEBE.

I work with clients and even if the person might be rude to me I will stay calm hand handle that person with respect. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THIS BOY IS EMPLOYED BY FNB. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS!!! I NEED HER TO LEARN TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT but his efficacious attitude made me feel like criminal and not a valued customer.
