Cell C blocked phone when pmnt was made!

I am so tired of you incompetent staff that does not do their work of have no idea of what going on. I have told Cell C on so many occasions that there is no ABSA bank account. For your staff to ask me why I am not using ABSA anymore is personal. I do not have to declare my personal business. I pay the amount in your account every month and my new installment is due tomorrow the 1st! The incompetent person on the other side tells me my account is in arrears when payment is only due tomorrow and then put my phone off! I am so mad! I think Cell C is the worst company every and from today I will make it my mission to make sure everybody that I can possible stop getting a contract from you I will. MAKE SURE MY PHONE IS SWITCH ON IMMEDIATELY!!! AS I HAVE PAID FOR SERVICE!!!
