Any person looking to take a bond with HOC with ABSA think again. After 17 years with this financial institution paying them diligently every month, please don't try and claim when you have a problem on your side. you will be informed that you are a ' VALUED CUSTOMER " and all calls are recorded. Ha want to hear this. I have been told that your call is important. Being broken into, your claim is rejected, due to your premises being "Vacant". Can one tenant not move out and another move in? How long should this take? "Same day" Can't we at least provide a clean place for our rightful Key deposit. Weeks and many persons no joy. To be told the house was "vacant for 3 days. Come on. You bleed us dry and turn your backs. Its time you come to the party. BLOODSUCKERS! Never heard that tenants should move out of a premises and another move in within the same day. Come on grow a brain!!! I will take this further as they still contradict themselves with two different contracts signed by... no one!!!
