I had an accident on Sunday. Today is Wednesday and I still dont have any progress on my claim, after calling numerous call centres, and completing and sending the claims form to the Cape Town Branch (Ricardo). After following up they said it goes into a "queue".

It is ridiculous that after 4 days without a car I have yet to have any acknowledgement of my claim. I have a car hire option on my policy but havent had any progress on this due to the slow progress on M&F side.
