In 2011 I went under Debt Review due to financial restraints. This included my husband's accounts as well. After numerous attempts to explain to FNB that they sent us incorrect statements for a loan taken and that we owed money on the loan account, they refused to assist me and ignored my query. They kept on sending me statements with a nil (0) balance. My debt review comapny also confirmed that FNB said we did not owe anything to them in 2011 upon my start to Debt Review. It is now 2013 and FNB decides to wake up and pursue this account. I was asked by the debt review company to take this matter up with NCR. I now owe FNB R30000 due to their neglect. I do not think it's fair on me to pay for an error on FNB's side, even after me trying to explain to them that they were making a mistake. I do have all the proof including emails and statements. I did my best to resolve this at the time (2011) but due to lack of professionalism, nothing could be done. I refuse to pay the amount to FNB they claiming from 2011. No one wants to acknowledge my complaint and assist with resolving this, instead we go in circles and end up nowwhere. Pathetic services and no training skills.
