I spoke to a consultant jamil who gave me a hassle and all incorrect pricing and details where then incorrect on the quotation. i spoke to another guys after that who advised he will have the calls played back and then get back to me. no one got me to me in 2 weeks until i emailed them. then i had to deal with another woman who messed up the policy again and who increased my premiums and told me there is nothing she can do regarding the higher premium. why must i be held accountable for your dumbness and the mere fact that i was given the lower price im entitled to it despite your loss. its your loss you deal with it. we pay these premiums to you and yet you treat us like we when you guys do your jobs wrong and don't take accountability for it. we are to pay more that's wrong. perhaps a few thousand people need to leave a&g then you guys will learn how to value your clients. its despicable and disgusting a load of nonsense with uneducated people saying they can assist when they cant. im horrified with your service its below the low point of social discussion.
