[URL Removed] Unresponsive and you dont get your loan

I applied for a loan at Wonga on the 14/06/2013 i never received the loan and now its been debited out of my account i think its very unprofessional and can be considered as since i have sent them my bank statements and try to resolved the problem. But they are unresponsive telling me it will take 75 business hours to resolve but after the time period they will just call again They gave me over to Blake debt recovery and i didn't receive any loan from them why should i pay for something i didn't receive??
