MFC most unprofessional and incompetant staff

I have been having endless problems with MFC and their agents who dont bother to respond and theres no contact numbers that work except the call centre where you get the most incompetent people in the world. MFC listed me for without doing a proper investigation and when i was contacted from my last ad the guy wanted case numbers and the investigating officers number which i provided as i was a victim of and was conned for a large sum of money aswel. He said he will work on it and get my name off to which none of that happened. I called SANFA to ask and they said only mfc can take my name off and they cannot. This has been affecting my credit rating and i cannot get anything! If this problem is not sorted out i am going to use the legal route and MFC will pay all costs and loss that i incured. They cant just list people for knowing the kind of country we live in. I searched mfc on hello peter and theres nothing but complaints about them
