MFC - what a disgrace!

I cannot believe the attitude of the agents on the complaints department. I have already submitted a complaint directly to MFC and today i get a callback from a guy that seriously has no idea how to treat people let alone customers! He constantly raised his voice to speak over me and did not even bother to do proper research on my complaint. Out of the 15 odd call I have had with MFC they just bothered to listen to 1? Now can you fix a problem like that? Seriously I will never in my life go back to MFC nor NEDBANK! You people have no idea on how to treat your customers. Perhaps invest some money in sending your agents to a customer service course, you overcharge your customers anyway, so money enough! Bunch of...
