My name is Yvonne and I was very impressed by the attitude of Ntokozo Mjokane when I called to cancel my insurance premium, of course at first he persuaded me to remain with miway but to be honest I had made up my mind about cancelling but I did agree with him when he persuaded me not to cancel the accidental death policy that I had with miway. I commend Ntokozo for his excellent attitude, he was very forthcoming and told me that if there was anything I didn't understand regarding the cancellation he is just an email away, he even called the next day to find out if I had received all the documents that he had said he would send.
