I was in a car accident and AA insurance informed me that my car has been written off. So we followed the process of filling in the forms and posted the documents to them as we were asked to do so. Well its a week later after my car has been fetched and everyday we phone they say they still have not picked up the documents at the post office. This is pathetic. Go and pick up the documents.
