Appalling, Slow Services by the Post Office

Last week Tuesday 7th January 2014 I posted documents using overnight services offered by the Post Office. These documents had to be at Wits University by Monday 13th January when the admin lady i was dealing with, got back from leave. I posted them early to make sure they were on her desk when she returned. These documents were needed for my application to study part-time at Wits Plus this year.

Today is the 16th and the documents have still not been delivered. I have tried everything to get the Post Office to pull up their socks and give me the service i have paid for; but still nothing. I was told on Monday that the driver is not familiar with the area he was working in and so he could not deliver. On tuesday i was told that they have some other problems.

The deadline for those documents has come and gone. I have no idea what i will do this year if i can not study. I'm running my mothers phone bill trying to track this parcel. I can not believe the level of incompetency i have had to deal with. This has cost me more than any apology (they have not made) can fix.
