Wrong debit days and wrong capturing of informatio

Im an IFA businessman and very angry with the way de capturing department is unprofessional land inefficient. I introduce people in my business and they choose the debit days they get paid on at their respective jobs, and the people who captures the application forms gives debit days which are not de same as those on de application form. Yesterday I received a call from my client complaining about de wrong day Clientele Life has deducted his premium from his bank account. On June 18 me and my other client received SMS from Clientele Life which reads " application be processed due to invalid banking details " whereas they were correct. this brings distress to me and my clients cause they end up angry and as a result want to cancel their policies with Clientele Life which in turn hits me and affect my business and I will have to convince them otherwise. I want this to stop with immediate effect cause its destroying my business and my spirit and the love and passion I have for the IFA business.
