I reported my claim on the 15th of July. On the 22nd of July I forwarded all the necessary information as was requested by Julian Alexander from Integrisure. On the 31st of July I contacted Julian asking him "What now??? " He replied stating that he appointed an in-house assessor. He asked me for the police details which I have already supplied to him on the 22nd. Again Julian was contacted on the 8th of August to find out WHAT NOW! He said he just got the report back from the assessor. The panel beaters phoned me to tell me to bring my car in on Monday morning so that they can start with the repairs. I emailed Julian again stating that I have car hire insurance and need a vehicle whilst my car is being repaired. I phoned after receiving no reply. Rhyno Steyn said Julian left at 12 o'clock on Thursday. He lodged a claim for the car and said that someone would call me within an hour. NO ONE CONTACTED ME AS YET!!! As a result, I had to cancel the booking with the panel beaters. I am sick and tired of having to do all the contacting. YOU must now inform ME when my car must go in for repairs and confirm that someone will have a car ready for me at the panel beaters and at what cost?
