Accuses customers of bribery

My gran has been a customer of absa for over 20 years and has have loans with them and went to apply for another loan with them and he refused her a loan because of Nashua's under handed shady business ethics which I have sent to the local newspaper and have contacted transunion about and also accused customers of bribing bank consultants!!! In all her life! She's never bribed anyone!! But that's what you people think of your customers!!! Pathetic!!! You will be glad to know my gran is considering changing banks! Tanya 0820590108
