When I drove into the assessment centre, the security personnel greeted me by name, which indicated that he was informed of my appointment. This was a good sign that I would receive good service, which I did.
The assessor, Allan Mulqueeny, was friendly and very efficient. He provided detailed information relating to the damage to my motor vehicle and was very thorough.
Overall, I was very happy with the service I received.
