I lodged a query regarding my account on the 31/07/2013, i was taken from pillar to posts, sent the complaint to Daily Sun newspaper as still i was not helped, i got an email from Mandisa Viteka who is the Debit Card Transaction Manager from Bank City, she responded very quickly to my issue,

Indeed R2200 was reversed into my account, really appreciate her help and quick response regarding her outstanding customer service, she have acknowledge the mistake & apologise and then moved quickly to correct everything, thank you again Mandisa Viteka you are really an asset to FNB
