Don't trust everything they say

My husband was a clientele life customer, but they refused to pay after he died. They made excuses about medical records. When they want customers they say they don't require medical examinations but when they have to pay, they hide behind medical records. Now i'm struggling all because they made me go up and down collecting information for them but after all those expenses they phoned to tell me that they are not going to pay. Liars
