What a joke. After being told that they have all your forms and you are now put on the payment list they cannot trace you or any records, and you must now contact your employer and find out who their pension administrators are. HA HA HA. Who are these people working at MIBFA???
Anything to delay a payment, I don't understand why. Can anyone PLEASE explain???
I actually thought after being told I was on the payments list that I could send a compliment until I received an annoying email.
