FNB change reward rules then hides feedback!

I do love FNB's reward system; it does influence my banking behaviour. I am disgusted with the way they handle their reward system - this is NOT how any company should do their customer service! The detail:

1) We were given info on changes in Ebucks reward rules from 1 July onwards. (Their change summaries ONLY tell about the good things; not the bad changes, but at least those details are available also).

2) The moment the new rules came into affect, their new banking software was installed but NO rewards tab was available anymore. Where you could in the past see the points detail for each month - what actions were rewarded, etc; there is NOTHING of this sort available - even after 6 weeks! Change rules & then hide!

3) We get referred to the ebucks site. However that ONLY gives my cheque account's current TOTAL points, not what I earned the previous months, or what for. NO info is available online about my credit card points.

4) Common decency would be to publicly say sorry the rewards tab is not available, AND give an estimated time for when it will be. FNB is mum on this DESPITE queries.

By hiding the info FNB prevents us from saving money. FNB owes us an apology and more.
