Reward Level dropped again in last 2 months

I complaint in early Jan for rewards level being doped without notice, and I had to open Investment accounts.
Then I get the best rewards level same I had all last year without hassle.
Now for my surprise again has been doped, and this time apparently my reward level points are not enough.
Apparently by the last statement I have 13950 points and I need a whole lot of 50 to move back to the level 3 .
The tricky part is that until the last week I had 14250 points, (Until I invested to use other leverage to boost my rewards level to the last 40% discount). Thanks I made a screenshot of the page then (because one cant download those details.
Can somebody explain how the reward points get less 300 for a week, I only shop with my FNB card and I filll the tanks with FNB card, I hardly draw R2000 p.m. A huge amount monthly (more than last year) goes trough POS, Petroll which supposed to earn me points.
Or I am not profitable customer enough (Except home loan I don't have other credit (I DON'T NEED ONE!! YOU STORE MY SAVINGS AND OPERATE WITH THEM FOR FREE_NO INTEREST...)
