I recently breached the 10000 point range and made it to level 2! only to find out this month that my points have somehow dropped to 6400 from 10550 and I am back to level 1? Please can someone tell me how this is possible? I have emailed your help centre, and have only been asked for an account number, otherwise I have received no further response! Please could someone shed some light on this matter. As I have also noticed on my fianc? 's ebucks account that her reward points are decreasing despite earning points each month!
