Standard bank unable to return funds from a

Got by someone pretending to be a multichoice agent and informed me of a once off paymetn to get my account upgraded to pre, mium for a year. i agredd and was asked t oput the funds into another accounts, after doign so i found out from multichoice that its a and i was told to go to my bank to get it refunded. the agent was helpful and informed me that an investigaion will be taken place but i will get my fnds back seeing that i went to them within the 7 days period. i now get a sms saying that my dispute was unsuccesfull. that means that they are taking that persons word? the scammer? i have other people that work with me that also got by the same person but was asksed to deposit into different accounts. now when i try calling i cant get hold of anyone!
