I'm waiting 2 months already, nothing have been do

I was in an accident with my car wich was not my fault and now the company is still dragging and I'm still paying and as soon as I ask for a manager no one responces... I'm on my own!!! I was told its the best insurance compay, by the look of things deffinitly not! My car has been standing in a storage unit for 2 months now picking up dust!!!
