I created an account online so i went to the branch what should of been half an hour new account turned out to be an hour and a half of me bouncing from person to teller, and i still no account was created, i just left made no fuss there just is no reason for the fuss, this is poor service i have to work as well and to create a new account i mean really? i actually want to use the bank but with service like this do i really want to is the question?
