Stupid system

I tried to draw money from my account now but the system came up with a prompt that my account is not verified.
Now i have wasted a trip to the bank during working hours and have to go home and get proof of address, then go back tomorrow to verify my account so that I can draw money. i needed the money today.
what kind of stupid system is that? I have drawn from the account many times.
