HAIL DAMAGE - 20/10/2012

I have been battling to get a booking date for the repairs to the car. I have been to an assesment centre as advised by Dial Direct at my expense all in vain - waste of time and money, also still waiting to hear about compensation for this expense. A estimator had a look at the car in Nov 2012. Since the last correspondence a booking would have been made in Mid January at a panelbeater as well as a qoute whould have been forwarded to me. I have requested the qoute on numerous occassion and still have not received any. The last request was yesterday.

According to my knowledge management was made aware of the complains on this claim.

I am totally unhappy with the customer service at Dial Direct.
