BAD ATTITUDE REPAIRS AND NEGLEGENCE

I have been very dissatisfied with the staff, management of East rand Motor lab.

i had my car go in as outsurance said it must go to them. i was disappointed that it took a week longer to fix as i had an accident in my car in July last year, as i fetched my car, there was a problem with the light say air pollution faulty. i asked Daren what is the problem, he said its because the battery was taken out, it will reset, this was Friday afternoon, on Monday it was still there, i have all voice recordings of the promises that was told to me. they say they will fix it, then next day they said its not their fault. so tell me why does it take almost a year to accept responsibility for negligence of the works at east rand motor lab. now today after leaving the "CEO" two messages to call me yesterday i called him today, and he flatly denied any problems, that its my fault the service of my car. i asked him if he knew why i was calling him g=he said yes. but when is was telling my story, he didn't't have all the facts, so you tell me again incompetence of even the CEO. so please do not take your car there, tell the insurance companies its a no go.
