Standard Bank leaked my account details!!!

On 01 August 2013 someone in Taiwan was able to R21 527 out of my account by using my card details. Standard Bank leaked my details. They refuse to refund my money after 8 days of dealing with redundant call centres. I provided them with all the necessary affidavits and still have not received my money.

Banks have insurance for this kind of thing. Do not understand why the client have to be disadvantaged while they investigate the matter. Sheldon Birckenstock (Investigator) failed to do his job and left me in the cold over the long weekend.

The Standard Bank Call centres are completely useless. They keep telling you that they will escalate the matter - it does not mean anything to me anymore!!! Then they have this attitude as well.

I am sick of CALL CENTRES - They have no purpose other than to frustrate the client to the point where you take your business somewhere else.

My next cause of action is to make a case against STANDARD BANK.
