Bad attitude and poor service

No feed back, bad attitude when you call for a follow-up. I am so tired with STD bank. It's unforunate my employer is using only their services. I just want to move my accounts. I've been their customer for donkey years but their treatment towards me, hurts a lot. I am so dissapointed. I hope Ezekiel Matabane will come back to me.
Approved or declined, that's all i want know.
