Hi, i am a bayport client for past 2 years, i upgraded my contact last mounth, on the first of august I tried to call then continuasly and at one stage I held on for a long time, costing me R73, I then send them a e-mail to [Email Removed] for them to call me so whe can sort out my contact that was changed from top up 149 to top up 49 without my concent, thy don't call back or reply to e-mail, i think it is bad service, and the people you talk to is very unfriendly and unhelpfull, it is unacceptable
