On the 21 may 2013 all the money I had in my account had been with drawn from the ATM at edendale mall in Pietermaritzburg while I was in the bank itself. To date I have not received any feedback from the dept regarding my money being returned to me. I had called them on numerous occasions only to be told that its still being investigated. They have not kept to the deadline dates they had given me regarding when they will call me to inform me about the case. They have not shown any interest in my case. I am not the 1st person that's a victim of at this mall so what measures have been put in place to stop this? Why does it take so long to investigate and return my money? I had to make time during working hours to contact them as I had not received any feedback from them. To date nothing has been done about my money.
