I had to cancel my cards because of clueless staff who couldn't give me the right information. My card was deactivated due to whatever so reason that the agents couldn't pick up on their system. Yesterday I went to the bank at mall of the north (Polokwane) and was told that I should pay to get new cards. Why wasn't I advised what to do??? Why should I pay for something that isn't my fault??? I mean really, which person in their right mind would leave their account active if the bank can't tell you what is happening on their side??? Yet FNB says it's the best bank, I don't think so...

Totally disappointed in the overall experience, considering changing over to a different bank
