I applied and signed a verbal contract for a FNB mobile contract in the beginning of July. I was told the phone will be with me in 5-10 working days. I received no phone or msg. When I inquired three weeks later I was told that FNB needs my ID and bankstatements (this was three weeks after I was told the phone is on the way).
I have send my forms 9 days ago and still I have not received any feedback.
This is shocking service for a bank that prides itself in being better than others.
