On the 24/09/13 I signed a new contract with mtn. Within days the S3 would freeze for no reason, I took the phone in on 13/10/13. They said I would be contacted and receive feedback in 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed, no feedback, I went instore to ask what is happening and was told that my phone had to be replaced but the warehouse did not have any stock and they did not know when they would have and that I should wait for their call. Another week passed, no feedback and I had been debited with the subs fees so I went again and was told they had nothing for me they were still waiting, I told them I was not willing to wait indefinitely for a phone while i am being charged so we should find a solution, they should give me a phone or cancel the contract and they told me that they would get back to me they had to seek advise. They called and told me i had 2 options either take an S4 and pay them R1500 up front and an increase in subs fees or they would refund me my money till i received the phone, i agreed to take a refund but told them I was not willing to wait for more than a month. Today 3 weeks later I stiIl have not received the refund, no phone and i am stuck with mtn.
