My car was booked-in for repairs with RENEW-IT by my insurance 1st for Woman that I was informed is ready after 5days it has been on quality check but it was released because I have been fighting. To my suprise of the quality Renew-it has done untidy work to my car that I was forced to leave it. It has 2 chips, rough paint in the front bumper, back fender & bumper not properly aligned.

Now they are to give me a courtesy car but they say they dont have my insurance dont want to hire of which its all their problem... Im so inconvenienced
