Very poor work quality

I had my care repaired by this company. I was told by the insurance Auto & General that my front bumper would have t be replaced at a cost of R8, 500.When I fetched my car on Friday 17th I noticed that the joints were not aligned and one could see the gaps. when I questioned this I was told that they needed "new clips", so I should take my car to be reassessed. There were marks on the bumper, so was it really new? Really do I now have to phone Auto & General, make and appointment with the assessors, take the car away again, then use a rental car AGAIN. I have to repeat this whole exercise again. Insurance does not come cheap, and I am very disappointed. I cannot understand that Auto & General uses a company that provides such poor work quality, when they themselves deliver such an excellent service. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever, and I certainly will not go back there ever. This has been a time consuming, frustrating, inconvenient exercise, which I dread having to repeat, but I will not leave it at this.
